The Domain (North Austin)

Often dubbed "Austin's Second Downtown," this mixed-use development houses major outposts for Amazon, Indeed, and Meta. High density, newer Class A office space, and slightly better commute times for suburban talent.

East Austin

The hub for startups, creative agencies, and consumer brands. Less traditional office space, more converted warehouses and boutique mid-rises.

Downtown (CBD)

Traditional finance, law, and corporate HQs. Features the highest price per square foot but offers unmatched amenities and proximity to government.
